Air Flows Chicago sent out Antoine to do our chimney cleaning. He arrived exactly when he said would, and called beforehand to give us a heads up. After having a bad experience with dryer vent wizards. I called air flow Chicago, the scheduler was great and was able to give me a prompt appointment on a holiday week. Antoine and his partner were very professional and friendly. They did a great job and worked very hard. Our job wasn’t easy, our previous dryer vent system was a mess and our attic is a difficult space to work in. We had the fire department out after we saw smoke, and they told us it was the ventilation. Thank goodness for Air Flows Chicago and Antoine! He knew right away it had to be more than that. He opened up the dryer and saw the wires all burnt out. He was knowledgeable, frank, courteous, and wore a mask and social distances the whole time. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs help like we did. Electrical fires are nothing to mess with!
