Kevin and his crew are amazing. They came out on a Sunday with 24 hours notice. I had an HVAC emergency when I accidentally detached a cleaning brush deep in the air duct inside my wall. They arrived on time and were very courteous. After some troubleshooting, they were able to pull out the stuck brush and avoid having to cut into the wall. Then, they hooked everything back up and cleaned out the whole vent. They charged a very fair price and saved my weekend from completely sucking. These guys are great.

Really great service! We originally called due to dryer vent issues. We have a very unusual set up and as a result the issues weren\t resolved after just one visit. But the company was committed to helping us and came back more than once (usually even the very next day) to make sure everything got fixed. Antoine was great! We also had them return for duct cleaning of the whole house, and we were very pleased with this work as well.

We hired Air Flows Chicago to clean our condo dryer vent, which was clogged. Antoine managed the process professionally, and his crew of Augustus and others did a great job. We had a complex situation that required a 40 foot ladder placed on our neighbor’s property to reach our second story exterior vent. The guys managed this all smoothly, they were timely, had good availability, and made helpful suggestions that will hopefully prevent future clogs.

Keith and his team were absolutely amazing! Very friendly people and did a wonderful job with our furnace, blower motor and dryer vents. We hadn’t had them cleaned since we moved in 7 years ago so it was definitely a project. Our entire family was home during the time they were here and they worked around us no problem and got us in their schedule 3 days after they came for a quote. Air Flows Chicago sent out Antoine to do our chimney cleaning. He arrived exactly when he said would, and called beforehand to give us a heads up. He was extremely professional and did a great job while keeping our home clean. Antoine was very knowledgeable and we ended up having him stay to clean our dryer duct. own a few rental properties. I found airflow Chicago on yelp and because they seem to have good reviews I thought I’d give them a shot. Antoine came out and in very short order got my dryer duct cleared. There was a tremendous amount of lint and I feel much better about my tenants being safe in my property. Plus now the dryer is working twice as week. I highly recommend Air Flows Chicago for all of your air duct cleaning needs.

After having a bad experience with dryer vent wizards. I called air flow Chicago, the scheduler was great and was able to give me a prompt appointment on a holiday week. Antoine and his partner were very professional and friendly. They did a great job and worked very hard. Our job wasn’t easy, our previous dryer vent system was a mess and our attic is a difficult space to work in. We are very pleased with the service we were given from the first call we made until the job was completed. They both did a great job cleaning up after as well.

We had the fire department out after we saw smoke, and they told us it was the ventilation. Thank goodness for Air Flows Chicago and Antoine! He knew right away it had to be more than that. He opened up the dryer and saw the wires all burnt out. He was knowledgeable, frank, courteous, and wore a mask and social distances the whole time. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs help like we did. Electrical fires are nothing to mess with!
