After having a bad experience with dryer vent wizards. I called air flow Chicago, the scheduler was great and was able to give me a prompt appointment on a holiday week. We had the fire department out after we saw smoke, and they told us it was the ventilation. Thank goodness for Air Flows Chicago and Antoine! He knew right away it had to be more than that. He opened up the dryer and saw the wires all burnt out. He was knowledgeable, frank, courteous, and wore a mask and social distances the whole time.
