We had the fire department out after we saw smoke, and they told us it was the ventilation. Thank goodness for Air Flows Chicago and Antoine! He knew right away it had to be more than that. He opened up the dryer and saw the wires all burnt out. He was knowledgeable, frank, courteous, and wore a mask and social distances the whole time. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs help like we did. Electrical fires are nothing to mess with!
